What are your hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and on Saturdays 8am-3pm.
Is it safe to come in right now?
Yes. We consider ourselves to be Toronto’s safest gym. We have endeavoured to make our facilities as safe as possible, with dental office-level ventilation and windows that open improving circulation.
What type of gym are you?
Balance is a unique fitness club, offering privacy and quiet for personal workouts or professional training. Our gym space features a variety of equipment including cardio equipment, resistance machines, resistance bands, a Pilates Reformer, a studio, and a golf simulator. We have personal trainers, and pristine locker rooms, pre-hab, and rehab treatments available.
How much does it cost to join?
Our standard membership is $150+tax per month. Please come in for a tour of our facilities, not only so you can check out the space, but so we can tell you about any promotions we have going on!
Can I get a free trial?
We are always happy to extend a trial pass to anyone who is looking to join. Please come in or get in touch to book a time that’s suitable for you.
What kind of group classes do you offer?
Currently, we offer hybrid in-person/online yoga, pilates mat, barre, muscle and mobility, sculpt and tone, and Zumba classes. We are adding more exciting classes regularly.
Do I have to be a member to work out?
We offer day and week passes to those who do not want to commit to an annual membership. You can also get class passes.
